I went to my first Dennis, MA Chamber of Commerce Event this past week and it was fabulous! It was a business after hours event hosted by the Moonfish restaurant, West Dennis, MA. The appetizers were delicious! They had quesadillas; potato skins; fried shrimp and more and we were graciously welcomed by the restaurant owner. I had previously been to this restaurant for happy hours and breakfast and can highly recommend it.
I also highly recommend joining the Dennis of Chamber of Commerce, for all local business owners. They have wonderful events throughout the year for business owners and also many events open to the public. Some upcoming events are a 5K Race, in May, Clambake in June, and Antique Car Parade in August. See the Dennis, MA Chamber of Commerce website for more details.
I want to thank Lois Andre, the executive director of the Dennis Chamber of Commerce, for welcoming me so heartily into the Dennis, MA business community. In fact, Lois has our shop scheduled for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Feb 28 at 11AM. Stop by if you can, we will have treats and coupons available for all customers.
Lastly, it was great meeting and shmoozing with fellow attendees at the Chamber of Commerce event. I can't remember everyone I met, but David Bisbee of William Raveis Real Estate, 508-776-2323 and Jen Deustch of Safe Harbor Home Services (Home and Pet Care) 508-737-1081, both standout. Give them a call if you have a need for their services.
Stay connected to your community,
Love, Betty
